Exchange / Return Policy
We want you to be a billion % satisfied with your Coolest Stuff, but in the highly unlikely event that you are not, we’d like to fix it. All exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days or it’s yours forever. Please allow 10-15 business days to process your return or exchange.
Returns or Exchanges
To set up a return or exchange, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what went wrong so we know how to fix it.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- In the event that the item you want to exchange is sold out, please allow extra time for our stock to replenish.
- Refunds will be issued back to the credit card or PayPal account from which the item was originally purchased.
Damaged Coolest Stuff
Before shipping, all of our Coolest Stuff is carefully inspected for quality. In the event that you received a damaged item, please send an email to email@example.com and include the following:
- Write “DAMAGED ITEM” in the subject line
- Customer name and contact info
- A picture of the damaged item showing damage
- Order number
- Whether you want an exchange or refund
Wrongest Coolest Stuff
If you received anything other than what you ordered, it is most definitely the first time we have made a mistake. We will send out your correct order along with a prepaid return envelope for the mistaken item. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following
- Your name and contact info
- A picture of the wrong item you received
- The item number (SKU) of what your item SHOULD have been
- Order number
